INDIAN ISLAND MARINE HEALTH ANNUAL REPORT
(Thursday, October 28 at 5:30 pm) Madrona Room - Orcas Center
The Indian Island Marine Health Observatory celebrates its second year of research and presents its first annual Report to the Community - and you're invited!     Come and view a slide show of the amazing fish, nudibranchia and other fascinating marine creatures of Indian Island.  Listen to the run-down of this years' research results.  Get a sneak peek at the new Field Guide to the Marine Life of Indian Island, a unique publication site-specific to our Eastsound inter-tidal zone.  Meet your volunteer neighbors and other collaborators who are working to make the commitment to the health of Indian Island a reality. (You may be inspired to join in!)  All this, PLUS:  A marine-themed costume contest for kids; music by Sharon Abreu; and a light supper catered by the Orcas Village Store.   Read more at orcasislandchamber.com
