SeaDoc Society shares monsters on Orcas Island

WOLF EELS: EEL, FISH OR MONSTER?
(Tuesday, November 9 - 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm)
The SeaDoc Marine Lecture Series continues!  Come hear Dr. Jeff Marliave (VP Marine Science, Vancouver Aquarium) talk about the strange-looking wolf eel (which is actually not an eel, but a fish). The wolf eel gets its name from its sharp teeth, but they aren't dangerous to humans. They are unusual in that both males and females look after their egg clusters. Location: YMCA Camp Orkila's Marine Salmon Center
